The theme :
Not the most original because there is already some "Heaven theme" but not a lot of so it's fine.
BUT, your build don't really fit with the theme, try to had some "clouds" or "angel" on it so the theme is more visible on your build c:
The build :
Really empty, there is any important build on it, so try to had some decoration on it
The jumps :
There is some variety of jump but maybe too many "normal" jumps and not enough "Fence" jumps
Even if there is some variation, try to add Slime/Soul sand etc because it's always better if we have some really different jumps and still a bit challenging !
It's for me an Easy parkour because of the lenght but some jumps are a bit hard for an Easy, so try to balance it a bit the difficulty and the jumps
My opinion :
Not gonna accepted if you don't put more decoration. You have some little idea on your jumps but this really need to have some improvement.
Don't forget that I'm not a map judger (Shron and Txilsy are), I'm just a random player who like to do some review; so their opinions can be differents !

Thanks for submitting your map! I've come to inform you that this map will be rejected.
Your build doesn't represent the theme considering it only consists of floating blocks and does not have a main build to really showcase the theme. The amount of jumps do suit the difficulty and so do the jumps themselves. There is still a lack of variety however and I'd advise you to look at, mainly the newer, maps at the parkour world for inspiration. Other than that, Shinxray really has pointed out all the other things I'd like to tell you so please take that into consideration as well.
