Are the Weekly Kills Working?

I have gotten top kills during the week of 10/1/17, and I have worked hard due to the rewards that were posted. But it has gotten past the cutoff time of rewards when the "week ends" according to the sign. I still have not gotten my rewards. Please check this out or tell me if the rewards are slightly delayed.

These have never been handed out, I worked berg hard a few weeks ago to get the rewards but they never got handed out. Higher up staff are aware of the problem.

The reward signs have been removed from the board, therefore I don't believe they will be returning.
