Camera Systems?

What if in a creative server, you had the chance to place down a camera head, and be able to ACTUALLY make it a camera? That would be cool! The system will basically be using a command such as /camera 1 and it gives you the exact view of the camera. It might be hard to make, but itll be cool. How about only 5 cameras can be placed in a plot at a time to make it less laggy? And how about a command to toggle cameras on and off? That would be cool! It would make it better for FNAF Roleplays, or just roleplays at all.

That system uses command blocks (i think) and command blocks aren't enabled on that server so...
