Hey 52S, If you go to the websites homepage click on the help icon on the top right. At the bottom there will be 2 more icons, Staff applications and staff requiremants. The staff requirements icon basically tells you everything you need to know on how to apply well and the requirements for applying. Good luck!

Try not to mention that you are applying that also helps. But what you did was fine. Don't mention give your app to other people. Write professionally and show yourself as a funny yet important addition to the staff team.
