Problem buying a rank

Recently, I tried to purchase a VIP+ rank, When entering all the information and selecting pay pal i clicked purchase it automatically comes up "You have opened to many charge backs", I have never bought anything from this server and I am not sure why this is coming up, please help. Just screenshot the evidence that you purchased something, go to your email that you put in with the payment order and see if you see "Manacube" and click on that, you will see a recipt.

Otherwise, staff cannot help. I mean just keep in mind, whenver you buy something off the forums, take a screenshot. This will show staff proof. Even if you got the rank, there may be a abusive staff member that takes away your rank (you never know. ) Simple as that.
