What to expect in Skyblock (3.0)

Planned Release Date:
I would like to release Skyblock shortly after our new Spawn has been finished, which should hopefully be this weekend.

Planned Features:

• Premium, Legend, Vast and Sponsor rank added. - All 'Skyblock VIP' players will stay VIP: Even if you purchased with Gems.
• New Spawn
• Mythical Treasure Chests
• Everything updated to 1.8.5: This means you can now use all 1.8 features
• Better and easier system for locking your chests
• GUI trade system to prevent scamming
• Gem Shop revamped
• New and more challenges/rewards + a nice UI for the challenge interface
• mcMMO tweaked
• Completely new efficient island system, new starting islands for default users and Donators. Many bug fixes, and many new features.
• The return of Pets
• Awesome new Auction System ( This one will be a surprise )
• Possibly a PvP arena in spawn

• More island biomes, nether biome disabled

OMG!!! I've been waiting for this FOREVER!

Man, this is going to be so much fun! The only thing I will miss is how there was only 3 ranks ( SkyBlock VIP, Member, Member+) It was really fun just having that. That is what made Skyblock original to me. No real big advantage other than /fly and /warp vipshop. I kinda want it to stay that way...There wasn't much of an advantage.....At least that's what I think...

I was just wondering why the updating process for skyblock is taking so long.

Skyblock should be back up today, there was a problem with a process that was lagging up the other Minevast servers so it's taken longer than expected.
