Hey I'm sorry to hear that there's been an issue, I would make sure he bought the spawner for the right server first! You can buy iron golem spawners for Islands, Survival, and Skyblock, so I would suggest having him go onto each of those servers to see if he maybe bought it for the wrong one...

If you go to the top right of the screen and hover over your name, a little section comes down. Click on personal details, and that will take you to another page. From there, at the very bottom on the right hand side is a "change username" option :)

Has your wheat farm thing been fixed yet? When I first got it, it also said I didn't have the permissions to use it and Dacon had to come on and do something. I would suggest mentioning something in the help section of the discord, you should get a reply fairly quickly
