Still cant link forums account

A while i posted how i couldn't link my forums account to my minecraft account since I changed my ign. I was going to wait a bit to see if minecraft had updated my new ign but it still doesn't work. When I link my account, it says 'this minecraft user doesn't exist' has anyone else had this problem? I also can't update my avatar on here!

We have said that it is a known Bug that the admins are working very hard to get this sorted. It may be fixed as the new website comes out.
