I like Your idea, even though I don't play survival. I don't exactly understand what the point of resetting the map is, but it definently sounds like a decent idea.

Considering Season 5 was designed specifically for 1.13.2, I don’t think this is going to happen. However, maybe in a future reset, the server will change to a more recent version. 1.14 may also have some bugs and issues, I think for now it’s far too soon to completely switch up the version of Survival.
You could always suggest it on feature upvote as @Worrey mentioned, but this is something I think would take far too long to change, and may need to wait ‘til possibly next season.
