Banned, but not online.

Hi!

I got online to the survival server just a few moment ago, and the message said you have been banned for two days for grief. the only thing I find wrong with this is I have not been online since 9/4. Are staff allowed to ban people even if they have not been online for two days? Because I feel like that's kinda unfair to get back online, just to find out I've been banned..

If a player has broken a rule they can be banned whether they have been on for the past few days or not. With griefing, usually staff don't ban from months and months ago but any grief that has happenned recently will be dealt with.
