Hi, Vaucless if you bought VIP+ rank then upgraded to MVP you can make a ticket at https://manacube.com/support/open so an admin can help you with it. Just provide evidence of the purchase in the ticket and you'll get the rank.

Use the & symbol on your keyboard with the color codes right after the "&" then your message.
