Charge back in the store

I attempted to purchase the Valentines Bundle from the store but the message "You have opened to many charge backs" came up. I have relogged into my account and checked the receipts as well as checked my paypal and debit card account and see no record of submitting a charge back.

creo que esta prohibido pedir charge back y la consecuencia seria que te darán ban ip bra, te rocomiendo hablar con un staff

i understand that but i didnt want the chargeback. i dont even know why it happened
