Donator Rank not working on certain servers?

I took a long break and came back today to my MVP rank not on all servers but only some. and it seems very touchy overall, I see my MVP rank on here and in the hub, but not on specific servers. any help?

You need to do /claim to reclaim your ranks on different parts of the server.

u probably need to claim your rank man, sonic pointed it out!
