Earning Mana in Creative should be easier

Maybe you could earn mana in creative mode by the amount of blocks you have built, of course there could be a spam detection source just in case people want to cheat the system. This is a good idea for people who actually build and dedicate time to their plots, give those people more room to work their work.

How would a spam detector differentiate from normal building and just spamming down blocks? I feel that increasing the reward for Scramblers would be a better move.
