How to recieve rewards and race changes

Just 2 quick questions:

1) It says I have 1 reward but I cannot find a way to get it. Where can I do this?

2) I wanna change my race but I can't find the place in the store to buy a race change. Where is it?

Hey Freek,

To claim your rewards do /cr claim, and, I believe that, currently, there is no way to change your race (as the race change perk is not on the store) Hope this helps.
