If you bought it through PayPal, You can cancel any subscriptions through their "active payments" area.

One thing that you want to make sure you know is that charging back any purchase will result in a ban I'm pretty sure. Just want to make sure you know that!

Subscriptions can be cancelled without issue as far as I'm aware. Chargeback, however, will permanently ban you and also blacklist your IP from all server stores running Tebex/Buycraft until your legitimate/chargeback purchase ratio goes up (by using the buycraft of a server without the blacklist enabled)

Chargeback has nothing to do with cancelling the subscription. Don't worry.
