I can’t complete challenges

I can’t complete the nether portal challenge and the pioneer one. I’m sure i’ve got everything, i’ ve built and activeted the portal but it didnt work. What can i do?

The pioneer and nether challenges are indeed broken and has been reported to the admins so that they can look into it <3
