Issue with paintings

I was trying to make paintings and I had all the tools required to make one. But for some reason, I am unable to place the canvas on the easel. It says Severe Error: Contact Admin.
I am attaching a screen shot of the error message.
Most of the perks for donator ranks don't work and MVP+ is just rather useless now.
Also, a suggestion, please add a search button in the forums.
