Legendary Custom Enchants (4/6 currently broken)

Hey Devs,

Any chance we can get the Legendary Custom Enchants working?

(as of 12/05)

Working:

• Headless (3 ranks)
• Reforged (10 ranks)

Not Working, but obtainable:

• AutoSmelt (3 ranks)
• Alpha (10 ranks)

Advertised by not available:

• Haste
• Combo

These books cost 120 levels or 17000 job points. That's a big investment for a 50% chance of getting a book that doesn't do anything.
