Hi there! I've noticed that new players tend to get confused about the currencies on Olympus. To clarify, there are 3 currencies in Olympus, These are Money, Mana and Cubits. All 3 of these currencies do different things, and equal different amounts, however Money and Mana are NOT interchangeable.

Money
Money is the currency used to rank up in game, and also to buy things on /shop. You get money by mining and selling the blocks, or selling crops/mob drops (such as pork/beef/chicken etc). Money is not equal to mana or cubits, and vice versa - You cannot give other players money, the only way you can do something similar, is to give players sellable objects, for example; pork. Pay is disabled to prevent boosting on the server, and also to encourage Mana as the main trading currency in game.

Mana
Mana is the main trading currency that players use in game. It can be used to upgrade your pickaxe, and other tools (by right clicking or typing /exchange whilst holding it). Mana is also used in /ah (Auction House) in which players can sell items in exchange for mana. Mana can be turned into crystals (/crystals) which means you're able to hold it (this is useful for trading other players, although the safest way is probably using /ah).

Cubits
Cubits are a global currency, and the only currency in which you can use the command /pay (the full command to pay cubits is /cubits pay [Player] [Amount]). They're main purpose is to buy things on the store (using /cubits shop). Every 0.01 cubit is worth one cent in real life money, and one whole cubit (1.00) is equal to one dollar. Players will occasionally trade cubits for in game items such as mana or spawners. Cubits are equal to 2k Mana (E.G: Pig spawners can be bought in /shop for $3mil in game money, and can be traded for 2,000 mana, or 0.01 cubits).

Hopefully this clears things up if you're confused about the currencies. If you have any questions, or feel anything here is unclear feel free to ask! I tried to explain it as best as possible, and I hope this helps any new players, or players who are unsure about the different currencies. :)
