Question Regarding The ability to change Usernames

So as you might know, As of February 4th 2015 Minecraft players will be able to change their usernames! The one question I'm wondering is. Will the donators still have their rank? bc we bought the ranks with our original username, so if we change it, Will it stay or go away? and if it does go away, Here are some photos of proof that I have The Legend rank

Nope, you will have a specific ID pinned to your account so your pex files don't get changed. Mojang added the ID back in 1.8 but really didn't/doesn't matter until Feb 3.

Yes. The changing names things won't affect anything in game, as said by dinnerbone. No ranks that you have on servers will be lost.
