I'm confused on the context of this question? What do you mean by "20" and on what server? Survival, Olympus, Skyblock, ect. If you are referring to 20 chunks then the math is simple. Each chunk in Minecraft is 16x16, in turn is 256 blocks surface level. ( Though one chunk can be filled with a maximum of 65,536 blocks from 0-256 in creative ) So 20 ( if you're asking about chunks ) chunks would be the flat land equivalent to 5,120 blocks.
If you're asking about 20 as in money or in game currency - you can't really buy more land on ManaCube with $20, you'd either need more people in your faction/party or buy a rank to increase plot size in the respective server. Or just buy land claims that people are selling, like houses and stuff so you can claim them.
