Is your account synced with the discord?
Cause if not go into the lobby and /discord to then enter that code in the #sync discord text channel with the command: !sync code
Have you played for your 1 hour requirement?
Gary does not count the time spent being afk in the lobby, you have to be one of the servers available to you.
Is Gary glitched and unable to see if you meet the requirements for that day?
Just click under the day you have or believe you have and you can still claim the reward like normal, the glass pane will just not show.
If your problem is none of these then make a support ticket.
