Rank Dissapeared!

Today (Sunday December 23rd) I ranked up from 2, to 3, and then to 4. Both times, despite being displayed as a reward, I received 0 vote crates. Now, paying 750k and 750 mana just to receive perks I already have is a little annoying, but when the server crashed, I was reset back to rank 2. Please return me to rank 4. Thanks.

were all of them enchanted when you finished buying them? if you skip one by accident you'll go up one but still have to do that rank as well.

What ive noticed with a lot of 'ranks' is you still need to buy VIP or higher o use they commands you unlocked. Personally I find it annoying but I guess it doesn't really change anything

That wouldn't really make sense, because from my experience I could use the [item] thing before I had the rank.
