In general informative posts like guides are the most preferred postings or helping out players.
That's true, though I haven't made a guide in a long time. I find them a little time consuming, and there are already several guides out there. But definitely responding to people's questions and directing players where to go.

hello, i know i dont have 20 points yet but i feel that 20 posts really isnt that much. The point is to make sure the person knows what there doing if they get on the staff team.

I can tell you from experience with my/my friends' past denied applications that activity is a very important factor in choosing staff here. You could be on for 8 hours a day in-game, but if you aren't helping out on forums and in Discord, then you'll be very unprepared when you're required to do so to handle support tickets, ban appeals, public questions, map submissions, etc on forums, as well as #help and #issues on Discord.
