Using worldedit to place upper slabs

Hi,

I am unable to work out how to place slabs on the upper half. I can place slabs easily using the normal ID, in this case for quartz slabs: 44:7, see below:

The rule usually is to add +8 however when I try this on the server, entering 44:15, I get the error "ERROR! That is not a valid block".

How can I set slabs to the upper portion of a block?

i think u can only do that with regural worledit but maybe they'll add this for donatable one also
