If I do manage to get unbanned. Would anyone like to own my island? This is on Oasis

It contains:

✫ - 10 layers of automatic sugarcane
✫ - Small Mob grinder with spawners - including blaze, pig, cow, and sheep
✫ - HUGE Cactus farm
✫ - Big farms including netherwart and carrots.
✫ - Cobble gen of course
✫ - OP Items in chests including diamond armour, enchant books, 15+ vote party crates

I want to move on from skyblock. Mainly because if I don't play it, I lose motivation :/. So, I wanna help help someone in need that wants my island

I would like to have your island, mainly because I built a big cactus farm but I did in a stupid way, it sits over 6 chunks when it could have been 3/2, so its not efficent and I cant afk in all of the chunks.
