Cant connect to skyblock

I cant connect to skyblock it says already connected to this server. I asked staff but none can help me. I refreshed and still nothing . any help?

If it says you are already connected its probably means that you left minecraft open in another window or computer. Were you able to connect to the hub? Also does anyone know your account details so they can use the account?

I can connect to all other servers but skyblock, no one knows my account but me. But I died during a clear lag and maybe the server thought I was a entity. I feel that may be the reason

Hmm. I if I were you I would make a private thread with a moderator on Sky-Block to ask them I don't no much more
