Changed My Username... HELP!

HI! Recently I changed my name from xH3rp4_d3rpMCx to xSushieDerp_ and when i logged into Minevast ealier, all my data that was on my other name wasn't on my new one. If a staff member can help, i would really appreciate it! Thanks - Sushie

If you had a donor rank, you can claim it in the store. Enter your new username when asked. http://store.minevast.com/

Depending on the servers you play on, some items can be returned in game, others cannot. You can contact staff on each server for help. For help with a Skyblock Island, look me up in game.

One more thing (Sorry!). Can I get my mcmmo back and is it possible to get rid of Deadlocked chests? I have several with my old name on them and I cant get them off T^T. If any staff member can help I would love it! Thanks- Sushie

We are not able to restore the mcmmo from your old account name, but Careening, iEmmaLouisei, or myself can help unlock those chests for you. Just use /staff to find one of us in game.
