I got nothing from a crate

Recently I rejoined the server and as I happen to have MVP rank I took my monthly keys. 3 ancient keys which I used on crates and opened them, from one of them I got a legendary key. After I clicked to open legendary crate nothing happened and the key disappeared.

Make sure to provide all evidence needed, including /manacrate history so they know it actually happened ^-^

Staff are looking into this!! Like what people already said make sure to make a ticket with evidence that you opened the key with /manacrate history <3
