Please make a ticket here. You will need to provide proof of the deal being made, the screenshot you have posted is not sufficient. You can get evidence this by going through your chat logs. This can be done by typing %appdata%\Roaming\.minecraft\logs into your windows search bar. From there you can look through it for specific dates and words.
