LF Trials group duo/trio with voice

As the name says im looking for a semi-permanent group to farm trials. I don't want to waste too much time with constantly switching team mates. The game mode can be rough, some basic organization with voice for example on kiting groups while the others deal DPS should be more than enough to grind faster and die less. Not looking specifically for minecraft pros as the mechanics of PvE are quite simple.

My profile:

- more of a casual minecraft player
- has played several competitive games (Dota, CSGO, Hots, Apex) in higher ranks (Platinum upwards)
- dedicated teamplayer
- passionate shout caller
- enduring and disciplined grinder
- yes I have cleared the trials already (once, started yesterday)

You are:

- a proud owner of a working microphone that is not a cellphone mic or laptop onboard microphone
- somone who has atleast once passed succesfully the ancient trials
- know basic knowledge of how to succesfully pass the trials
- hot for grinding out rewards
