No access to a trail i bought

so i was saving up for the heart trail, but when i bought it, it said that i dont have access to it? it doesnt even show that it was purchased on /trails.

Hiya might be a little late in replying to this, but if you relog and then rejoin parkour then you should have access to the trail that you've bought!
