Unable too join Minevast (Basically)

I have been unable too join MineVast servers for a week now, however I am able too join the hub. I tried going to creative the three ways I possibly can. /server creative, the portal, and through the game menu. /server creative and the game menu simply wouldn't work and every time I walked I was tped back to spawn. Eventually, I get kicked and this message pops up: Internal Exception: java.io.iOException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. If you've had this problem, please tell me how you fixed it.

EDIT: I've been able too get into creative once, but it was the same thing that happened in the hub. I couldn't move, and after a few seconds, I was kicked.

Yeah I'm not good at this type of stuff but the things that u say are happening happen to me but only when I have a poor connection so maybe it could just be your connection to the server idk

^ Thank you, but I don't think I have a pour connection because
1. It only happens with this server
2. My laptop says I have full bars.
