I spawn on a like half slab and still get kicked. It might be part lag, but is there a way you could make me spawn at the the Skyblock spawn?

I logged out when i was in water last time i was on Skyblock. Now, Everytime i log in to skyblock, i get kicked for 'Flying or related.' I type /spawn or /is home as soon as i get there, but it doesn't work in time.
