I disagree, I think that setting a damage cap might make it so bosses on less busy realms (like islands (my beloved)) wouldn’t get killed, obviously they could make the cap higher to combat this. I did just read the edit you made, and I think making the boss die if no one has killed it kinda...

I think you can do 10 level 1 enchants on wooden tools, would be the cheapest way to do it, and killing mobs at any of the is warps that are grinders would be best way to get exp (/is warp grinder is one of my go to’s) To enchant the stuff just use an enchantment table, you shouldnt need...
