Sethomes

I have MVP rank which gives me 12 sethomes but I also won the 20 sethomes in a perk chest, i'm no expert but I think because I got MVP after I got the perk, I don't have the 20 sethomes anymore, just the 12. Is there any way I could have the 20 sethomes since I won the perk from a chest?
