I bought someone a penguin rug for 0.1 cubit as a gift and they don’t have it in their inventory. Their inventory was not full when I gave the gift. Where is it?

recently I read over a thread abit "Farming" cubits. I would like to know, what does it mean by "Watch ads to get cubits?" where can I do this, and what amount od cubits do you get fro watching these ads? is there an age limit?
