tylers secret

Hi everyone ! I'm missing 2 locations in the hub, "Tykers Secret" and "Build Team Room". I spent a lot of hours searching locations, I searched in all the houses, in water, in mountains and cliffs, in all boats, in fields and trees. But now i'm blocked... I don't know if I can ask for help...

I've been spending a vast amount of time trying to discover all 36 hub locations, so far I have been able to find 34. The only 2 I need now are: - Tylers Secret - Secret Restaurant If anyone can give any hints to these two locations that would be useful
