How do i get rewards from /cow if i dont have a twitter account??

you dont need a twitter account. you just need to link your discord and possibly forums account as well. do /discord in-game to link disc and do /link in the hub to link forums

...You've always had to link your discord account for the daily rewards- now that voting is removed you can only get the cubits from daily rewards or from other players really.
On skyblock and islands you can earn cubits from prestiging.
