I lost my sword with headless 2 and inquisitive 4 and the basic enchants like sharpness 5 unbreaking 3 looting 3 mending, what happened was I accidentally pressed Q and i dropped my sword but I couldn't pick it up for some reason and there was 60 seconds for clear lag and it just disappeared
