A new command for spam

I see many people spamming when mods are not on and we need to fix it with a report command like /report spam and it will msg all mods and they will come on creative and tell them or a console will mute them when people do this command 2 times

If the console mutes them, it will be abusive so people could gang up on one person they hate and mute him.

That is very true.

It could use a bit of rethinking, but its a good idea that we should have some way of catching spammers when the staff are not online.

I'm pretty sure that mods are able to see all of the chat in some sort of log (Don't quote me on that), so surely if you just report the spammer, maybe take some screenies of the spam and file a player report, it should be okay, right?
