Cannot claim skyblock VIP rank

I remember that a very long time ago I bought VIP for skyblock only. I bought it through the in-game store with 1000 gems. But since skyblock has reset my rank is gone. I can not claim it back through claim store. Please help.

It's because you bought it with gems so the store doesn't know you had a rank, a staff member has to give it to you.
