Cubit-bought Rank not working?

Recently my friend PineappleKai_ bought a VIP+ rank on Skyblock for 9.25 Cubits, but it hasn't gone through in Skyblock. The weird thing is that it has gone through on the ManaCube Hub. This has caused him to be unable to get the VIP+ and VIP Monthly Rewards though /cow, and I was wondering what he could do?

Has he relogged? i.e. disconnected and reconnected again?
If that doesn’t work, he should make a ticket so that Admins can look into it and give him the rank on Skyblock!

He's done it multiple times, no result. Same with me. It's irritating since I have the rank on forums but not in sb ;-;

A ticket is your best bet now!!

As mentioned, I would recommend you opening a ticket, something has went wrong and a ticket would be the easiest way to reach out to the staff that can help you.

Have you tried going to spawn? /spawn. That helped me when my VIP+ rank upgrade didn't work. If not, please open a support ticket or contact a moderator on discord.
