How do I change the color of my nickname & the color of my chat?

I can change the color of my name, but bold, italics, etc don't work. Also how do I permanently change the color of my chat?

For bold and italics, you need to unlock them by getting the perk in the legendary chest. To change your chat colour, first you need to win them in a promo crate (eg. the easter crate), then do /color to activate it'
