How to upload a parkour map in to a single player world

I love the parkour maps, I want to build some my self. I am going to start building parkour maps and upload them so you can try them out your self!

Many people have asked me how to upload a parkour map or a map, here I will teach you how!

How to upload a map
Type %appdata% a roaming file should appear click that. after you have done that a .minecraft file should appear, open that up. There should be a couple files and .jars find one that says "Saves" then drag the map in that folder then restart minecraft and there it is!
