You can go to this link

and enter your ign and another piece of the info. if you used cubits put cost as 'free' and it should show you if any purchase has went through. if its not there its most likely you haven't been charged.
sometimes the purchases take a while to come in, I believe they say "up to 15 minutes", if not, then please make a support ticket explain what happened with included evidence at this link

Did you wait? Most payments take around 15 minutes to come through.

So i looked at the payments said that i spent 28.00 usd and also says on the card app says spent 28.00 usd sooo this is legit a scam And im. Not happy and im really disappointed ill be telling people that know telling them that then should never play this ever. If I don’t get my rank and my key that I bought ill be charging back soon

Hey gmor121, charging back will end up to a perm ban, and that's not good! So instead of doing that, make a support ticket at https://manacube.com/support with evidence for the staff to assist you with the problem.

You should've received an email with your purchase, please include the transaction ID found in the email in your ticket. (make sure your ticket is set to 'webstore support' as well.)

You can include that in your ticket (if you haven't already) I'm not sure if anything can be done without the transaction ID though. Let's just hope for the best ^~^
