Apparently the 2 top recording softwares are OBS and Medal.tv, for the Medal recording software just search 'Medal Recording software' and it will be the first option <3

In the application format, it asks for your discord, but that's only if you want content creator on the discord.

Also, I personally just use OBS because it's free and it's pretty easy to use.
