So today I joined the parkour server and I realized that I've lost my rank because I changed my name.

If you lost your parkour rank there's no way of getting it back
But if you lost your Donator rank you can reclaim it in the store.

Hey there Oregos,

In order to claim your Donator rank while you're in game type /claim. this will bring up a link taking you to the web store when you will input your username and choose your package and claim your rank. NOTICE: Claiming your rank will only return your perks and Prefix [VIP], [VIP+], or [MVP]. Claiming your rank does not return gems or parkour ranks. Hope this helps!!

If you change your name back to your old name then you will be able to get the rank back. If you earn gems on your current name and you want to change your name back to your previous name to get your rank back, before you do that send the gems to that account name just before you change your name then when you log on with your previous name you will have gems in your account with the rank!
