Monthly keys

Can someone tell me how I claim the monthly vip+ ancient keys? everytime I try at the shop it says "The user limit has been exceeded for that package." I bought the vip+ on the 20th last month according to my order history so should be due today, I can't work out what I'm doing wrong, please help, thank you.

Hmmm, id say give it a day or two to see if they work then..If that doesn't work id suggest making a support ticket ;D
